A new 43,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market is under construction at 15650 Los Gatos Blvd, expected to open between late 2025 and spring 2026. Developed by Sand Hill Property Company on over 7 acres, this larger location replaces the existing store at 15980 Los Gatos Blvd. The project includes a Tesla showroom/service center, with construction causing, and traffic, and infrastructure improvements.

The Achievement First Iluminar Mayoral Academy involved both new construction and renovation of a 75,000 SF building along with a 17,000 SF addition.
